ADDESSA

Spectrophotometric adsorption/desorption analysis for solid and liquid forms of plant based ingredients originally developed for anti-counterfeiting analysis to identify the possible presence of target ingredient masking substances that may lead to target ingredient exceeding maximum acceptable plasma levels due to decreased adsorption on HSA (human serum albumin)

Indications:

  • Qualitative and quantitative ingredient screening during analytical and toxicological development
  • Anti-counterfeiting ingredient profiling including quantitative ingredient interaction potential profiling
  • Stability testing and QC – lot-to-lot consistency testing
  • Formulation development
  • IP profiling for ingredient development candidates
